Guitar Amplifier attenuator is a useful tool which are placed between the preamp and power amp section of a guitar amplifier. However, in essence, You can reduce de volume without losing quality on preamplification. 

• Ideal for tube amps, but works with Transistors amps.
• Resistive and passive circuit (Don’t consume batteries) 
• Note: Only works on amps that have a send/return; line in/line out, effect loop or something with a similar name.

How it works?

• Connect your Send/Preamp out of your amplifier to the input of your Guitar Amplifier attenuator.
• Then, connect the Out of yourGuitar Amplifier attenuator to the Return/Power Amp In of your amplifier.
