• The Copper foil Tape – Guitar Shielding is indicated for use in guitars for shielding control cavities and pickguards to help reduce electrical noise and hum.
• It has 10cm (4″) x 1meter (3 feet 3⅜ inches) very thick for a better shielding.
• Adhesive and Japan made.

Why use a guitar shielding?

The idea of guitar shielding is to enclose the electronics, which rejects radio frequency interference. You can do this a few ways: copper or aluminum tape, or graphite shielding paint. The copper is the best solution because is most durable and cheaper.
