PURCHASE INFORMATION

Simple. You have 3 ways to do it:

  • By phone.
  • By E-mail.
  • Online: undoubtedly the ideal method.

When you find the product you want click the add button. You can add multiple products by choosing the quantity.

Once you have chosen everything you want to buy head to the shopping cart. Fill out the form and if everything is OK, click buy. Choose the payment method and click “Agree”.

You will then receive an email confirming the products in stock.

Don’t be shy, you can fill your shopping cart and submit the order. If you are not satisfied, we will cancel the order.

We accept Bank Transfers and Paypal. If you want to pay by credit card you can use Paypal for this option. No need to have an account for credit card payments (Visa, Martercard, American Express).

We also have the option of cash on delivery to all Portuguese territory.

Given that the volume of information on our site is high, it is almost impossible to have all this information up to date and correct.

Prices, stocks, delivery times as well as other vital information to formalize your order will always be confirmed.

In case of disagreement with the website, the customer will be informed before making the payment, or refunded if you do not agree with the changes.

Fratermusic- musical applications reserves the right to correct any errors published on the site, including any errors in updating prices, available quantities, images and technical characteristics.

Yes, our products have warranty:

New products:

  • 2 years against manufacturing defects (except consumables).

Used Products:

  • Our used products are tested and delivered in the best condition. However, we cannot give these products the same warranty as the manufacturer. Generally and depending on the product, can vary from 15 days to one year.

Yes, we buy used material, however we have no obligation to do so.

If you propose any article, be as explicit as possible. Tell us the exact model, color, status, serial number and the desired value.

The ideal will be to add some photos for better evaluation.

RETURNS AND AFTER-SALE

If you have found any anomaly on your order, please contact us within 48h of receipt of the order.

Upon confirmation of the error, Fratermusic undertakes to make the correction at no additional cost to the customer.

Generally, and when in stock, the order will be dispatched 24 to 48 hours. Once delivered to CTT, it takes another 24 hours to reach your destination in Portugal. 3 to 10 days in Europe and up to one month in the rest of the world.

If it takes longer than standard days please contact us.

According to article 6 of Decree-Law no. 143/2001, of 26 April, the client has a period of 14 days to terminate the contract without compensation and no need to indicate the reason, deadline which counts from the day of receipt of the order by the customer.

This right applies only to orders placed on charge or prepaid, sent by carrier to the customer’s address. Not applicable to products collected or purchased from the store.

In order to exercise this right, the customer must send an acknowledgment email to info@fratermusic.com stating their willingness to terminate the contract. If exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer must keep the articles in order to be able to return them in proper conditions of use.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and anomalies found on the item or merchandise. Fratermusic- Music Applications will not accept any returns on items ordered exclusively for the customer, items without the original factory packaging or goods that are returned incomplete or show signs of use.

Consumables such as valves, strings, batteries, or batteries are not covered by our returns policy, as well as items that, for hygiene reasons, cannot be resold later.

Returns are not yet accepted:

  • Custom articles, except manufacturing error;
  • Articles with software / hardware already registered;
  • Products which, upon order, have been ordered to the customer’s request.

Shipping is always the responsibility of the buyer and is not refundable. In the case of postage offered, it will be deducted from the credit amount.
